How long does shipping take?

Our delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. Outside of Germany, it depends on the country. We ship our products directly from our warehouse in the blade city of Solingen in North Rhine-Westphalia. We ship exclusively with DHL and, for orders under €50, prefer to use Warenpost (goods mail). Every order can be tracked using a tracking number.


Why don't we offer free shipping or returns?

Because we want to offer you our products at a reasonable price and don't want you to pay a surcharge for every single product, we've decided to offer free shipping for orders over €50 . In the event of material defects or poor quality, we will refund the full value of the goods. If you are dissatisfied with your product and return it, we will also refund the value of the goods, minus the shipping costs.


What material are our instruments made of?

All our instruments are made of rust-proof, sterilizable stainless steel and are also nickel-free (allergen-free). Our instruments are handcrafted and sharpened by hand.

Why should I buy manicure and pedicure tools from nagelzange.de instead of other brands?
We have specialized in manicure and pedicure instruments for over 20 years and have already gained a wealth of experience. Since then, we take every criticism and review from our customers very seriously and therefore test each instrument individually in a complex process to meet our quality standards. We offer our customers the opportunity to return their instruments at any time if they are dissatisfied or find them unsuitable.

Is it possible to meet you or receive advice on site?

We look forward to hearing from you or meeting you in person. You are welcome to visit us at Hildener Str. 27, 42697 Solingen. If you have specific questions, we recommend making an appointment by phone or email, as our staff will be happy to take the time to address your concerns.

Do you offer a regrinding service or spare parts?

Yes, we offer a regrinding service for a small additional charge, depending on the instrument. Please email us pictures of the instrument. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Spare parts such as buffer springs, double springs, single springs, and other components are also available. Please feel free to contact us at info@nagelzange.de .
