As a manufacturer, the individual requirements of our customers are very important to us. After receiving a precise drawing of the desired product, we use 3D CAD software to create and customize an image with the desired dimensions, such as the length of the pliers, cutting length of the cutting edge, and double and single springs.
Blank to finished product
We source our high-quality, low-carbon surgical steel from various countries. In the next step, the stainless steel is stamped and further processed into blanks for nail, cuticle, and corner nippers.
Handcrafted to the perfect finish
To this day, our pliers are manufactured to the perfect cut by employees with years of experience in high-quality craftsmanship.
Quality control
Each of our finished pliers is inspected by specialists for material fatigue defects or other damage. Each pliers undergoes a stress test to determine its cutting ability and is individually packaged in a case.
