2.2 The customer submits a binding contractual offer via the order form integrated in the online shop. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer in the form of an order confirmation, delivery of the goods, or payment request by the seller.

3.3 The right of withdrawal for such products expires upon conclusion of the purchase contract , since reusability cannot be guaranteed for hygienic reasons.
3.4 The buyer will be informed of this exclusion during the ordering process. By submitting the order, the buyer expressly accepts this exclusion.
3.5 The customer shall bear the costs of return unless there is a legal reason for return (e.g. defect).

5.4 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
